LEAGUE ADOPTS NEW GAME DAY PROTOCOL

November 14, 2006

The Capital District High School Hockey League's coaches voted to approve a standard "league-wide" game day protocol via e-mail this week.  The Protocol was drafted during the league's Fall Coaches meeting last month and stipulates the timing of pre-game warm ups and intermission procedures that each ice rink is to follow for all section II ice hockey games.

Section II coordinator, Scott Stuart, forwarded the procedure to the ice hockey officials association so that they are aware of the new procedures.
